As Board directors responsible for setting the ultimate direction for your organisation – why is it critical you stress test the assumptions your strategy is based on?
What has created a great deal of volatility, complexity, ambiguity & uncertainty have been threats outside of our control and a pace of change that is breathtaking. With strategy setting looming as a key task for Boards over the next quarter or so, now is the time to stress test your strategy against the assumptions upon which the Board set its course.
Join CBB and VUCA Trusted Advisors for an interactive online webinar on the topic of stress testing organisational strategy - a necessity for your organisation’s survival in today’s volatile and uncertain climate.
Chief Executive Officer of CBB, Michael Elias, will be joined by Directors of VUCA Trusted Advisors, Christine Locher and David Spear, for an interactive panel discussion.
Christine Locher, Director of VUCA Trusted Advisors, will discuss and expand upon her recent thought leadership article, Stress Testing Strategy, sharing insights from her 30 years’ experience in professional service firms.
The webinar will be concluded with an open Q&A, providing the audience with an opportunity to direct questions to panel members.
